Rehearsal Dinner Help!

We are getting married in Boca Raton in December.  It is a destination wedding, so I'd like the rehearsal dinner to take place along some form of water (beach or intracoastal).  I will be having about 90 people at the rehearsal dinner.  I Am having a terrible time finding a fun restaurant to host it at!  Any suggestions??

    What day of the week are you planning your rehearsal dinner?   

    I had my rehearsal dinner on a Saturday night with 70 people and it was VERY hard to find a place.  A lot of places on a Friday and Saturday night will charge and arm and a leg to host a LARGE party because it is their busy time.  I finally found a chain restaurant who was willing to work with us, but its in Fort Lauderdale.

    I know a lot of ladies on here say Olive Garden is uaually good with accomadating. 

    Where are you having your wedding?  Maybe they have an option to host that many peopel the night before.  My hotel where we had the wedding had the option and space available but we weren't ready to basically pay for "another wedding" the night before.

    Maybe JB's in Deerfield. Not exactly in Boca, but it's on the beach and is a really nice space.

    What about Delray? You expand your options a ton when you move one city north. Try Boston's on the Beach!
