  FI (a personal trainer!) is sitting next to me and came up with this to hit all of the major groups:

  
  

  1. One arm rows

  2. Bicep curl with shoulder press

  3. Front and Lateral shoulder raises

  4. Overhead tricep extensions

  5. Chest press and fly

  It is helpful when I need to change up a routine.  The only problem is that his idea of a relaxing afternoon includes a long run, where mine involves working on mastering the ultimate chocolate chip cookie recipe. Mmm, cookies. (At least he enjoys them, too!)

  For the armpit area, take your weights in both hands down in front of your body, pulling them up like you are zippering a jacket to you chin.  Do 3 sets of these, 12-15 reps.  It will help

  These are all great posts!  I had surgery last September and am still recovering.  Needless to say I have put on a few pounds and have jiggle in areas I never used to!  Thanks for the ideas.  I have started to stress about it considering I have less than 12 weeks to go!!
