Guest Book in Reception Area Help?

I do have a sign in guest frame at the entrance table in ceremony area like pictured but i also have a well wishes/guest sign in book inside the reception..
So, how do I word that they can write well wishes in the reception area and only sign their name on frame?
I have profile artist that is doing their profile and then under their profile they write their well wishes...

<div>I would just ask a few people (close friends, family) to sign the frame with their names beforehand, and then people will get the hint.  </div><div>
</div><div>Is your plan for the artist to sketch each person, and then they will write after that?  I don't think people will do that.  It sounds like it will take a long time.  It's one thing to have an artist sketch people if they want, and then they get to keep the sketch, but here it sounds like you want everyone to sit for a sketch and then they don't even get to keep it.  Sorry, but I would be surprised if may people did that.</div>

<div>True, Maybe if everyone see's just the names they will do the same!</div><div>No it's who ever gets a sketch done will be asked if they wish to write in second guest book but the artist does two at the same time (it's the black cut out type like disneyland not drawing type) so they get theirs on personalized paper and we get the copy in a guestbook with sign in or well wishes written if they like.. </div>
  • Yes, I also agree that if you have some people do "examples" beforehand people should get the hint. You can also right out intruction cards and place them next to the book with catchy words about what you're wanting them to write.
  • Examples are always good. Or put a sign.

  • Say something about "autographing" the frame? I think examples are also a good idea. This way people can hopefully catch the drift form the "instructions" and the people who already signed thier name.
