    I've been bad too! Yesterday I skipped my yoga class to go home and take a nap so I didn't make dinner. FI ordered Chinese and it wasn't anything healthy so I just tried to keep my portions down. :(

    L: bean burrito w/ chips & salsa
    D: shrimp with polenta and veggies

    B: Lavish oatmeal with greek yogart
    S: Luna bar
    L: salad with rotisserie chicken and pepperocini, and then another luna bar (I was saving it for a snack later, but I was craving chocolate like none other and it was chocolate peppermint flavored... fixed it :))

    D: I think whole wheat pasta
    W/O: Insanity

  • Ok, so I have to start contributing. The more stressed I get the worse I eat, so (although I'm somewhat ashamed) I'm going to share today's diet. Maybe I'll be embarassed enough that I won't binge the next few weeks. Also, I just signed up for a spring triathlon, so I have to be good about working out. However, that is sooo difficult with wedding plans, work and grad school (ahhh! 20 page paper due next week!). So thank you ladies for not judging...

    Breakfast: Oatmeal with raisins, few nuts and spoonful of brown sugar
    Lunch: String cheese, greek yogurt (honey flavored), almonds
    Snacks: Banana, cheese and crackers (had class today and my prof brought food! Grrrr).
    Dinner: Jimmy John's Beach Club (with no mayo), pickle spear and a cookie

    No workout today, but I am doing the "100 pushup challenge" so I will try to get my 5 sets of pushups in tonight before I go to bed (since I'm still at class for the next 45 minutes. Shhhhh, don't tell anyone I'm on theknot rather than paying attention!).

    Your diet doesn't sound bad to me!  I know I eat more than that!
