Tell Me Your... Signature Cocktails!

We're having a self-serve beverage bar with draft beer, wine, and four large glass beverage dispensers containing drinks.  For those dispensers we're thinking sweet iced tea, lemonade, water, and for the fourth we haven't decided.  So we're considering doing a signature cocktail.

For those that are having a signature drink, what is it and what does it consist of?

Conversely, we may just do some sort of sparkling juice so any other ideas are greatly appreciated!

I'm all for a spiked punch.

My mom makes a type of punch with 7up/Hawaiian Punch/Flavored vodka and sometimes sticks it in the freezer for a chilly effect, it's always a big hit.

It's delightful, I think we're using a margarita machine but if we end up not doing it i'm definitely going to do this punch :]

Oh, and if you don't want to do alcohol in the container you just exclude the alcohol and mix equal parts punch and soda - you can throw in clean oranges and fruit for decoration/flavor.

We had a full open bar, but I thought it would be fun to still have a signature drink that went along with our theme. So our signature drink was a "Butterfly Kiss" which was a Cotton Candy Martini which consists of vodka, amaretto, and pink lemonade. Yum!

We are doing "Southern Firefly": Sweet tea vodka and water, splash of lemonade,
and a basic Mojito: mojito mix and rum, garnished with mint and lime

I definitely want to have Mojitos, they're my favorite.

I also really like the cotton candy cocktail I've seen around.  You put a piece of cotton candy in a martini glass and pour a drink(I've heard it's basically just a cosmo) over it. It might be tricky with a dispenser...I guess you could have the cosmo pre-made in the container and then have the glasses set up with cotton candy in them.
