  Hey there! How are things going down in VA for you and your FI?
  
  Yes, I am back in Cbus rainy land. We always joke that the further north you go, the cloudier it gets. The drive back was uneventful. My Dad and I stopped a few more times than H and I usually do (Dad is old...lol and has to stretch more often), but we had a nice lunch together. I miss my Dad so much, I am a Daddy's girl. I am still really tired.
  
  It is so great to be home! I am glad to be out of our friends house, it was driving me crazy. And I am enjoying having some privacy and a place to put the essentials and hang my clothes instead of living out of a suitcase. I feel sorry for H that he has to endure it until Memorial Day. I also love that I get to spend time with and see my Grandma.
  
  I meet with the director at my new job tomorrow to finish up some paperwork, get my background check, etc. I start this coming Monday and then H will be back home for good next weekend.

  Glad you made it back safely!  Now I'm totally missing my dad too (I'm also very much my father's daughter).  Are you excited to start your new job?  When is your H coming up?
