Short day at work, picked up FI at work and went to target for some things and ended up picking up our wedding invites on clearance for $13 for 50 invites, rsvp cards and the envelopes for both. A very happy accident

. Then went to dinner at one of,my favorite places with FI for my birthday (tradition is that mom takes me on actual birthday). We went to a different location of this 4 restaraunt chain of family owned Mexican restaraunts and decided during dinner that is where we would have our rehearsal dinner. I am happy with the events of this weekend so far, and this are only going to get better

I had an enchilada and tamal with picadillo (shredded beef and pork) with refried neans and rice, chips and salsa of course, and shared a jumbo,margarita with FI. It was SO good!!!! I always overeat there, so I need to make sure I behave at rehearsal

I am looking forward to 5/27 of this year so i can test the jumbo batch of signature margaritas we are going to do for the wedding. I have set myself a diet and exercise plan starting monday going until the one year mark for the wedding. I wont be able to keep to it if i have 40 servings of blue margaritas in the house

Signature margaritas are so cute. But definitely not cute if you are trying to stick to a diet plan for the wedding. I've cut alcohol out completely right now, it sucks!

I wouldn't say that I LOVE Jersey Shore but I definitely watch it lol. And I'm still not sure why. I think Snooki is hilarious... that's about it.

I'm down 60 lbs so far, have been slacking a lot lately, and I am hoping to get to the last 20 lbs off by september of this year so I can buy my dress. I can't say 'I am taking this out of my life' when it comes to dieting, I have one cheat meal a week that I normally save a splurge for, that way I dont feel like I am depriving myself.

I had Mexican too with my FI at this very small authentic chain in Pittsburgh. SO STUFFED!! I had a bean burrito, a tostada and sope combo meal with nachos and salsa...I was hungry ;-)
