  I recently did makeup for a bride at the Heintzman house. it can fit 100 people max. gorgeous venue. the brides suite was to die for.

  You can check out Old Mill; also try some restaurants/lounges.  La Maquette would be able to hold that many people. Or the Rosehill Lounge.

  We're doing ours in Markham. Our budget of 10k is for 80 guests on a Friday night. In case Markham isn't too far, we're using the Heintzman House.

  I would recommend that Grand Metropolitan of Mississauga (formerly Pavilion Royale). Customer service and food are really good and they make an effort to work within your budget.

  I definitely think that should be more than doable. I don't have any specific recs (I live just outside the GTA), but as I was shopping around for 90 guests, I was looking at just over $10,000 for venue+food/alcohol at many places. At ~$110/plate, 30 less people saves you over $3000, leaving room in the budget for other things.
