Bridal Shows

I'm going to my first bridal show this weekend (the one in Gboro!).  What should I have with me?!?!

I've heard of people printing out labels to give to vendors so they don't have to write their info down all the time...has anyone done this?? Does it save that much time?? What should I have on it??

Thank you!! You are all so helpful!!

I went to the one in Raleigh on January 1st and didn't bother with labels, but I also was only shopping for cake flavors, decor ideas, and tuxes for my groom.  If you have a lot of topics you are interested in, like catering, venues, photography, DJ's, etc... you may want to have some labels with you just in case you don't feel like filling out the info forms.

They will probably give you a bag at the registration table for putting your vendor's printed information in.  A lot of vendors give out bags with information too.  Be prepared to say "no" a LOT because the vendors can get really pushy to get you into their booth.

Oh, and don't be bashful about trying the food... it is usually OUT OF THIS WORLD delicious and if you are really searching for caterers or venues it can be fun too!! :-)

    YAY!
They will give you a bag when you first go in, and a lot of the vendors will also have individual bags. The labels are a good idea, bc you will fill out alot. I might be attending the show too.
Just have fun and enjoy it:)

Since we JUST got engaged...we're looking for EVERYTHING still!  For the labels...I should have my name, date of wedding, email...anything else??

I wish for the wedding shows I had:
    1. a separate email account for wedding. I get a ton of wedding emails every day now
    2. the preprinted labels for vendors, but without my phone #. some of the vendors called my cell several times.
    3. Def bring someone to help you carry the bags - they get heavy!!
    4. dont eat lunch right before you go  =)
