Can anyone recommend a talented seamstress?

I would like to change my straight neckline dress into a sweetheart, but with only 4 months to go I can't afford to have it screwed up!

Can anyone recommend someone in the South Bay/West side that could do this, and does anyone have any idea of what something like this would cost?

    Dulce Rodriguez at Door To Door Cleaners in Brentwood, shes awesome, did my dress and I recommended her to a friend of mine as well. She tapered my dress and hemmed it, not sure if she would be able to restyle the neckline for you. Her # is 310-927-8519.
