Winter wedding venue?!?!?

My date was June 2013 but we just moved it up to January now!  I was all set with a Summer wedding...the Summer being so easy to plan anything.  But now I am faced with the possibility of snow and freezing weather...
Any ideas of a good venue in the Capital Region would be VERY appreciated!!  I am looking to spend no more than $5,000.  Guest list is around 80-120 right now.  My Fiance and I are paying for everything ourselves and in this economy its TOUGH! 
I have friends who cater too...(of course we'd pay them and for the food, but it could be WAYYY cheaper..), So I am open to just a hall rental too...

    Look at the "Dream Dates" from the mazzone venues - Hall of Springs, Glen Sanders, etc - sometimes in the off season they have some killer deals on the most amazing venues in town. www.dreamdateweddings.com. Not sure if they could be done for under 5k, but hey, might as well check :)

    if you are willing to travel to troy RPI (the college) has a beautiful barn style hall that we looked at type Pats barn into google

    COOL!  Yea, would def travel there...it isnt far at all from me actually.  Do you know if they have heat?  It looks nice...do you know pricing also?  I need to call them now.
