Brunch menu ideas?

Hey everyone,

I am having a brunch reception for my morning June wedding and I have the basics down but I wanted it to be extraordinary and unique. Any ideas? I've tried looking through the internet and haven't really found anything I liked. Suggestions please!

I think action stations work well for brunch.  In addition to what PP suggested, you could have a smoothie station and add panckaes to the omelette station (people pick either multigrain or buttermilk batter, then can add bananas, blueberries, etc.).

Our venue's restaurant offered a bananas flambe dessert made at your table, and that would be awesome to have at a crepe station or as an add-on for waffles.
  • Eggs benedict. =)  Served on a crab cake to be even more special.
  • Mimosas and Bloody Mary's!!!!!
  • This was my menu from my brunch reception last summer.
