I'm not PMB, but I am a notary.  I used it weekly for work and just leave my stamp in my desk.

Why did I just find out that my bank will do it if you have an account? I ddin't know that.

I would if work paid me extra for signings. Instead they pimp out my services as a courtesty to clients. I haven't used it much since the company started circling the drain. Not too many RE transactions happening.

If I end up staying home, for whatever reason, I plan to dial up my old title company boss. All escrow assistants were required to be notaries, but we used independent signers as well. A friend of mine says business is picking up enough that he's getting calls almost daily.

In FL, you can only charge $10 for a thwap of your stamp.  And we notarize everything for free here anyways.

It's $10.00 here too, but loan document signing is $100 plus.
