Ack! Rehearsal venue glitch!

Ack! DD just informed me that she received notice that our venue for the rehearsal dinner/party has been closed indefinately!  27 days to go an we need to find another rehearsal dinner location!!??  Dang.

Guess I'll be on the phone tomorrow.....wish me luck!

    That's awful! If you already had paid a deposit to reserve and they suddenly shut down I think they should provide you with another venue or at least a discount at another location to try to compensate. I'd maybe see if you can talk to them and see if theres anything they can do.

    Been on the phone all morning....not good so far.  Mostly out of our price range.  :/  A few prospects, but those will mean a possible change to our rehearsal time.  blargh.

    Well, the search continues.....onward!

    Love your positive attitude OP!  :)  Just remember - every wedding has glitches and if this is yours...ok.  It could be so much worse - changing the time is minor.  Run with it and something will work out!  Good LUCK!
