Interactive Event Center and other DJ questions

Has anyone ever heard of this DJ company?  They keep calling my cell phone telling me I won a $500 gift certificate.  I never heard of them before, and never entered my name in any contest for them, so I'm not sure if it's a scam or not.  Thoughts?  


Also what other DJ companies would you recommend?  I just started my search and so far I am planning on setting up appointments with Golden Note in Wayne, Gemini DJ's also in Wayne, and City Sounds in Fairfield.

    My guess is that it might be $500 off their services, not a $500 Visa gift card or something.

    As for DJs, we're using Danny C.  He has nothing but glowing reviews everywhere, a few Knotties recommended him, and he's been nothing but great and professional so far.  I'll have a better review after my wedding next weekend, but I would recommend meeting with him!

    Do NOT use Interactive Event Center!!  The manager is a scam artist.  We found out too late.  We got married two years ago and still have no video from them...and yet, they have all of our money.

    They scammed us too.  Do you have an address or phone number for interactive?  I have a judgement against them and the court can't find them.  If you do, please email me at Legend0403@aol.com  And Golden note is an amazing dj company.  I had Bob as my dj and he is amazing.  I was so happy!!!  Good luck on your wedding!!!
