Where to shop for bridesmaid dresses?

Hello, MD brides!  I am usually on the Boston board, but I will be going down to MD in a couple of weeks and I hope to go shopping for bridesmaid dresses with one of my BMs then.  Are there any good stores in Montgomery County?  I heard about Distinctive Designs in Rockville - is that a good store for BM dresses?  Where do you ladies recommend?

    It depends on how formal you want the dresses to be. We ended up getting the dresses from J.Crew. The store in DC has the wedding collection available to try on. You just have to set up an appointment. 

    But I did go to Distinctive Designs in Rockville for wedding gowns and they were awesome. You could also check out the Bridal Boutique in Columbia.
