Tags for the Favors?

I was wondering if you all put a tag or a note on your favors that said your name and date or something of that affect or if you left them blank. I have white boxes that have candy in that I am going to put ribbon around just debating on a tag or no tag.

I used VistaPrint and did a tag with our monogram and a little thank you note. Simple and effective!

Our favors doubled as escort cards. I bought a book of little scrapbooking tags from Michaels for them-- they look sort of like old luggage tags if that make senese. They were pre-punched with holes so they were easy to tie on. I'd highly suggest them!

I'm ordering metal pails that come with personalized stickers on them for a message.

I eneded up going with a stamp that was wedding related and then a colored ribbon around the boxes.

I went and bought "Buisness Cards" that have a pretty border and are perforated (10 per page) and can be run through a printer. I'm making up the card with the online template and going to hole punch them and thread through the ribbon.

I am doing something edible and for people who like a keepsake I figured the tag with our names, date and a special note would be something they can keep in a scrapbook or photo album if they'd like - or toss if they don't!

Most of the weddings I've been to, the favors have had some kind of personalization on it, like these:

I printed tags on card stock. I had the template for return address labels, so I got 30 tags on a page. I cut them out with pinking shears for zig-zag edges, then punched a hole to tie a ribbon on them. I used yellow paper to match our color theme. I just used thank you for sharing our special day with us, then our name and date. They are simple but classy I think.
