Day of Coordinator Suggestions

HI Ladies.

I'm having a total DIY Barn wedding. I have friends that have graciously offered to help set up but I dont want anyone including myself to have to worry about getting everything out of the space after the wedding. Plus I need help w/ coordinating timing for the wedding, reception etc.

Does anyone have suggestions? someone you've worked with? Also any idea of cost for a day of and maybe day b/4 coordinator?

    I used Julie Schmidt with Cincy Event Planning and she was worth SO much more than I paid.  I hired her as a full-on coordinator since I was planning from out of state, but I think her DOC packages are around $700ish.  I can't say enough great things about her.  She took care of EVERYTHING.  All I did was show up and enjoy the day.  And it was so wonderful to allow my family and friends to fully enjoy the festivities as well and not have to worry about setting, up, cleaning up or even have to deal wth all the "little things" that always pop up at the last minute. 

    She planned my entire timeline and coordinated with every one of my vendors to ensure everything was on the same page.  Absolutely AMAZING.

    Events by Ellen. We are using her for our wedding DOC next May and she's been really helpful so far. She's about $40/hr.

    My name is Kerri  I am a Wedding Planner in the Cincinnati area. I charge around $500.00 for all day. A DOC is worth your money on who ever you go with it will make your day a lot less stressfull.

    Blue Dahlia.. her DOC packages start at $500 and she is awesome!! Gives ideas, won't nickel and dime you and I totally trust her. AWESOME!!
