Good Morning Ladies!
Last night my sister and I went to David's and picked up my dress. It was beautiful and fit perfectly! Just some minor alterations to be done. However, the veil was a disaster! The veil that I really wanted did not come in ivory so they sent the white one to get dyed ivory. When we took it out of the bag, it wasn't ivroy...it was yellow! The lace details were yellow and there were globs of yellow dye caught in the netting! Even the sales girls said I could not wear this! The problem then was that the white veil was too much of a difference to my dress which is a soft white...almost in between white and ivory. So the idea then was to pick out a new veil. Luckily they had gotten some new ones in the other day and we found one that I love even more than my original and it was at the same price! The lace detail in the veil almost exactly matches the detail in my dress! It's perfect and in ivory! I'm so happy! I have to admit I am proud of myself for not freaking out about the veil. I remained very calm. Even my sister was surprised I didn't stress out more over it!
