   5 bouquets (4 bridesmaids), 12 centerpieces and 2 arrangements for the ceremony.

  I'm using Leslie at Whimsical Welcomes.  I let her know what my budget was, and she is definitely working within it.  She is really easy to work with, and her arrangements are lovely.  I'm sure if you let her know your budget up front, she will come up with ideas that will be beautiful and affordable.

  Pennypack Flowers.  She could most likely do what you are looking for for that price.  I am having almost double the flowers you are having for $1000.  I basically told her I wanted to keep the centerpieces around $20 each and she worked with that!  
  
   And my wedding is in Philly and reception in Horsham too!

  I used Leslie for my wedding and my flowers were gorgeous, but she really doesn't do packages.  She's very creative and  helps each bride design flowers just for their wedding.  She is really good with a budget, but don't forget that there are delivery charges also.  And are you going to do boutonnieres and any corsages?  Those things add up also.   We are going with Events by Organized chaos.
  
   Katheringe is realy great. She did my  shower flowers and also she's doing my bridal flowers,
  
   She works well with budgets and I haven't heard anything bad about the service.
   I met with her the other night and everything was so simple. She asked me a few questions and she puts together different options and costs and allows you to mix and match and choose .
