Salons in Ballwin/Manchester Area

Hey I'm looking for a salon to get my hair and makeup done that's not too pricy.  I've found two, Salon West and Salon Dacota, has anyone been there before?  Or do you have any other suggestions?

    I'm in the same boat. I will also be watching this post. Where did you find out about the two that you mentioned?

    I live by them.  I called both and Salon Dacota was more helpful and able to answer my questions.  But I just found out, they don't do makeup.  When I called Salon West, the girl didn't really know anything, it's like I was the first person to call and ask about their wedding packages. 

    So, I'm going to call my mom's stylist, he's done her hair for years, but he doesn't really do updos and makeup, and see if he can recommend someone to me.  So I'll let you know what I find out.

    Well I haven't heard back from my mom's stylist, so I may just go with Salon West.  I read a lot of good reviews from just everyday hair stuff so I'm sure they'll do a good job.  I may also just drive up and down Mancherster Rd and write down all the salons that I see and look them up!

    Driving around is a good idea,I may do the same.
