Getting in Shape

Need to shape up by next summer newly engaged!

My wedding will be in Summer 2012, I am 5 10' and weigh about 175, I need to loose as much weight as I can and get toned before my wedding. What is the best way to lose and keep the weight off?

  • Eat healthy, exercise, and focus on getting toned and not on the number on the scale.  Try myfitnesspal or sparkeople to get your diet on track if you need more specific guidelines as far as what is or is not healthy.  GL!

    Exactly! Take measurements at least once a month and the scale is an evil thing, it lies! lol But measurements will show you better then a scale will with regards to whether or not what you're doing is working.
