Has anyone ever passed out bubbles to the guests to blow when the bride and groom are leaving the church? Was it a good idea or did it stain any of the dresses? Thanks.

Nope, won't stain and yes, people do these fairly often.

Seen them tons of time, they are just soap bubbles never seen any stain issues.

They would only stain taffeta, because any liquid stains it.
