Hello everyone! My new sister in law recently got engaged and she hinted that she wanted an engagement party. My question is, it is my place to host the party? Or is it more for the parents to host? I do not know her friends and am not apart of the wedding party so I don't know if I would be stepping on any ones toes if I started asking about hosting one. She mentioned she thought no one was going to host one and started tell me her ideas to keep it affordable and had an adorable idea of an old fashion ice cream social. Any thoughts are appreciated!
