  • I am using the Ease 2 5K app and just finished week 3!!  I had been spending so much time focusing on my arms and back for my dress I was letting my legs go by the way side so I switched it up and focused on the legs today!!  Feel great to burn 500 calories before most people get up in the morning!!

    That's awesome! I hope to get to the gym tonight to do legs, cardio and some rehab exercises for my injured shoulder. I miss working out so much.

  • I ate lunch then 2 hoagie sections and a brownie left over from a meeting. I tried to do arm dips on my chair though and my arms are pathetic, I may start using the weight bench at home!
