hey everyone! just introducing myself :)

Hey everyone! i finally had time today to look @ the boards and wanted to introduce myself. im lizz, im 25 and just got engaged april 16th to my fiance matt. we are planning on getting married may 26th 2013. kind of a long engagement i knowww but we have two kids (ava is 4 and a half and layla is almost 7 month) so i figure knowing how detail oriented i am i would never be able to plan what i want within 12 months between the kids and such. so sunday may 26th (memorial day weekend) will give us enough time and we get to have a whole weekend celebration!
we are def a bit offbeat of a couple to begin with so we want our wedding to reflect that :) we are doing a "rock and roll chic" wedding. colors being black hot pink maybe a lime green.
sooooo excited to start really planning!

    If you have any questions, this board is super friendly and helpful. I'm mostly clueless, but the other ladies are wonderful! Happy planning!

    (Also, thanks for the heads up; I now know I get a three day birthday weekend in 2013! lol)

    Congrats on your engagement! My wedding is very rock n' roll too! Classical guitar for the ceremony, live band for part of the reception, a lot of music themed decor (drumstick escort cards, guitar case card box, lots of vinyl records here and there, music notes wherever we could put them). Let me know if you have any questions, I've had so much fun planning our wedding! 

    Oh and it wouldn't be a rock n' roll wedding without bouts from this Etsy seller! She'll customize with your colors and give you a bit of a discount when you order them for an entire wedding party, she was so fantastic to work with!
