  Well in Memphis you have classic party rentals, affordable party rentals and mahaffey. Another option is looking into companies around Atlanta like angel chair covers and look into getting them shipped in. Sometimes that is cheaper if you know someone to put them on. But chair covers take time and I would get at least 3 people and give them 3 hours to make sure that many chairs get covered and bows look pretty on the back.
