Need logistics advice from the pros!

Girls, I first want to say, I have no idea what I would do without this board! I would be lost!

I am wondering if anyone has advice or comments about the following:

I am getting married at Juno Garden at 7pm. I have Todd scheduled for 7:30 pm to take pictures of the WP around CP grounds and then do a mini-walking strip tour. I am looking to walk to the Bellagio fountain pics, Cosmopolitan pics and Paris/Eiffel Tower pics. I am thinking it will be easier to walk to these locations, rather than take a limo. (Not for cost saving purposes, I am just thinking since I want to stay in that area it would be easier than having limos stop at places that are next-door)

I would then take cabs from a valet area at our last hotel to my reception at MB in the Vista Suite around 8:45ish.

Does this sound logical, or does anyone have a better idea/suggestions?Wink

I think you're right, walking is the way to do it if you're just visiting those three places.  I might recommend bringing flip flops, though (or platform flip flops, so you don't drag your dress around quite as much and get it dirty for your reception) for you and your BMs because if you walk that in heels your feet are gonna kill you. ;)

    LOL, it's okay.

Yep, +1 on walking, there's a bridge between each place you want to go.  There's a lot of steps to get up to the bridge that crosses from Caesars to Bellagio though, well there's an elevator too but you have to walk even further to get to that so I can imagine it wouldn't be fun in a wedding dress either way, just be careful you don't turn the tour into a trash the dress session at the same time. :-)

I agree with PP. Walking is the way to go. We had a limo for two hours. We were picked up at MB and went to Fremont St. first and then to the Cosmopolitan. Our driver had to be told by Todd to go off strip. Even then he got back on the strip before he needed too. In the end I was a little sad we spent so much time in the Limo. We didn't get to the Cosmo until 20 minutes until our scheduled end time. If you can walk.. Do it. You'll get more picture time. Flip flops saved my experience at the Cosmo. My wedding shoes started giving me blisters while on Fremont.

Or you could find shoes that don't hurt.  I wore my shoes for over 10 hours.  We walked all over and danced the night away.

I don't get married often, but when I do, I do it in Las Vegas.
