Rant:

I just got my dress fitted yesterday (should be yay). The bastids don't tell you that the cost will be approximately 1/3 of the cost of the actual dress. Needless to say, I bawled like a baby as I wrote out the check.

Also, a girl on my FB is fixing to get deleted. She had a baby three months ago and all she ever posts is pics of the little alien and discusses his bowel movements.

Yes, today is going to be an awesome day :-S

I am so sunburn. I work outside and had my first day back on Sunday and didn't think about sunscreen. I can't do facical experssions because it hurts so much.

I'm a terrible employee today! I really don't have any work that I'm blowing off, it's dead here...but all I'm doing is looking at wedding porn. Not accomplishing any wedding planning, mind you...just blowing lots & lots of time.

My roommate got a parking ticket while using my car in January. He didn't pay it and I received a late notice in the mail. Having never received a ticket to begin with I was like, wtf, and he was like, "oh yeah, my bad, I got a ticket". Well, he paid it and they apparently misplaced the check and I got another notice saying they were going to garnish my wages if I don't pay more than 3 times the original ticket in 10 days. Also, w.t.f. Because it's my car, it's my responsibilty. The county had already sent it to collection, so I had to call them and be like, what the hell do i need to do, because we sent a check in the envelope that the ticket came in. It took them so long to figure that out that it was after 5 by the time they said that they'd give me an extra 10 days to figure it out.

This morning I called the county office and after being on the phone for a bit the lady was like, "Oh yeah, it's right here. We're behind on our filing so it was sent to collections before it was processed." *eye twitch*

I got the notice on Friday, in the evening, so I had the whole weekend to obsess about it, especially because the notice also said that my license could be suspended (apparently this is not actually the case with parking tickets).

Also, I got laid off. Weeeeeeeee!

Hannah, I totally spent a good amount of time cuddling my pitties this morning.

We got the ticket thing mostly worked out, but it was still so irritating.

Now I just need to find a job. They're planning to rehire me in the fall, but... I'm getting married in August. I asked them when I was interviewed if there was going to be work during the summer (it's a school), because since I'm not salaried, this kind of stuff is important. They said something along the lines of "oh yeah, suuuuure", so I quit my, ya know, year round job to switch. Now my supervisor is telling me that if I plan to get a summer job I need to be available to work catering events during the summer, but she doesn't know when they'll be and she can give oh, like, a weeks notice. Right. I think I'm going to find a new permanent job instead of a summer one.

there are too many things gooing on this week! they are all super fun and = good times, but i'm exhausted. the fact that it's all good stuff makes it harder to say no to anything! maybe next week will calm down, but i feel like i've been going non stop for 3 weeks. make it stop!

Fi's new job is fricken ridiculous. Nothing he is doing is legal, since he can't legally have a 10 hour break from driving and make it to his appointments on time, so he's been getting no sleep, getting to his appointments early, and still having to wait 3-4 hours past his appointment time. I feel like I should report his boss for telling him he needs to do this, he even told him to hide the I-pass when going through a toll so his time isn't marked down...uh they take your picture and ticket you if you go through a toll without paying, duh. Like right now, FI is upstairs taking a 4 hour nap, he's been up since 2 AM and he has to leave at 1 AM to get there on time this morning, and I have to drive him to and from the semi at all the crazy times of night/morning. So fricken frustrating!
