St. Clarence Pavillion

Has anyone had a wedding at the St. Clarence Pavillion? If so how was it working with the catering company? Were they willing to work with you if you wanted any extras or special requests? Also how was the food?

Re: St. Clarence Pavillion

  • I'm having my reception there in July.  Ahern has been mostly easy to work with and have mentioned that they can do special orders for the food.  I'm going to a food tasting at the end of the month.  Maybe you could call to see if you can participate as a perspective client?

    Good luck!
  • Thanks! And yes I plan on going to that tasting they told me about it when I went to see it.
  • I went to see the venue and had a few special requests that would of had me giving more money to them. The woman who sat down with me and showed the venue said she would see how much my special requests would cost and never even called me back. I went with another venue.
  • Thanks... can I ask what venue you ended up going with? I love the feel of this hall so much but am having a hard time with all the extras that I will have to do.
  • Windows on the River. Totally different feel, but I can do whatever I want there lol.
  • I had my reception there. I absolutely loved it. The food was amazing. Lucy was easy talking and didn't mind cutting a few things last minute so I could save money. Everyone thinks I spent over 50 for each plate when it was no where close. I married in September and I'm still getting complements on the food and pavilion. My only issue was the staff threw away the cake hardware which means I lost my deposit with the bakery. I emailed Lucy about it wanting my deposit money that her staff basically threw away and never heard back from her.
