Wedding Photography Contest - A Great Way to Save Money

Hello Fellow Knotties!

I am fortunate enough to have the opportunity to win free photography for my beach wedding this upcoming July. There are many photographers offering contests for publicity and if you are a bride on the budget, like me!, I suggest that you start searching for one! What do you have to lose?

I wish you all the best and feel so happy to be marrying my best friend, Bryan.

If you have a few minutes, I would really appreciate your vote in this Wedding Photography Contest!

Here is the link and instructions!

1) Like the photographer's page and comment that you are voting for Heidi and Bryan

2) Click on the Photos tab and then the Wedding Photography Contest album

3) My photo with Bryan is all the way on the right. (You can read a little about us there, too.) Click on us and like our picture!

Thank you all again, and happy wedding planning!

Heidi

I'd take this down pretty quickly.  Knotties take offense to a person joining the board to solicit votes in a contest.  A lot of folks end up voting for someone else.

Deep Cove Jackie, I found out about free photography from someone else's post through a contest and I think it is a great way to save money on your wedding. I do apologize if I offended you. My intentions are to inform other brides of the options out there. I'm not forcing anyone to do anything that they are not comfortable doing. It is entirely up to them.

Hi again Heidi--you didn't offend me.  Contest solicitations are agains TK rules.  As I said, many, many posters take offense to this type of thing because they are paying their own way to have the wedding they can afford.  As a result, I've heard of folks voting for other people.
