  I recently purchased some silver satin table runners from them.  The only problem I had was this: Right after I placed the order, they sent me an e-mail saying my package had shipped (the e-mail also had the UPS tracking number).  I kept checking the UPS website and for 2 weeks, there were no updates.  It just said "Billing Information Sent."  Ugh.  So I e-mailed them and I promptly got a response that said the table runners were backordered but they should be sent out soon.  My package came about a week after that.  In the end, everything was fine, but I think they should have told me that my order was delayed.  What if I needed those things right away (luckily I didn't)???I love the table runners, though, and the price was great.  My advice is to order far in advance, just in case.

  I ordered black satin runners from them and had no problems or complaints. I ironed them all beforehand, and everything worked out great. The mixed reviews scared me, too, but I couldn't ignore the pricing!

  AVOID AT ALL COST!!!  I ordered 4000 royal blue silk rose petals for my sons wedding.  I received navy blue.  When I let them know about the mix up via their online chat, they denied that I received the wrong color, and wouldn't send the correct color unless I paid for additional shipping costs.
