pumpkin centerpieces

so, I have my heart set on pumpkin centerpieces like these:

but FI and I are having NO luck! we can't find fake pumpkins anywhere (we looked at Michael's, Hobby Lobby. Pat Catan's). all we are finding are the little ones, nothing big enough to be a centerpiece. I guess it's still early for fall stuff to be out?

finding (fake) flowers has also been difficult.

anyone else doing pumpkin centerpieces? any ideas?

I would recheck michaels I know mine has a ton of the huge ones

Cute idea! I think maybe the closer it gets to Fall and Halloween, they will have fake ones? We are taking real pumpkin and cleaning them out. After we do that we will pray paint them Pearl white, with a Regency Purple Bow tied around it, Then we will take the BMs bouquets and stick them down in it.!

Recheck the craft stores. They are starting to get their fall stuff in. Take a picture of what you're looking for with you. If they don't have it yet maybe they can tell you if/when they'll get it or who else might. I didn't look at the link since I'm on my phone. Is it possible it was actually done with real pumpkins and not fake ones?
