Just curious...

Did you put your return address on the front or the back flap? Our envelopes are pretty huge so I think it could fit in the front but I'm not sure if that's a "no-no" or whatever.

I had 6"x6" envelopes so I think the return address could have fit on the front but it looked better on the back flap; I used a stamp for the return address but wrote out the addresses on the front so I thought the 2 different fonts on the front might look weird

We put ours on the back. I say try one out both ways on a finished invite and determine which looks best.

Interesting. I'm leaning towards the back flap. Thing I just realized is I miscounted my invitations so I literally have 1 extra envelope to "play" around with and see what I like best. So, in otherwords there will be no playing around and there can be absolutely no mess ups!

One of my friends was trying to decide which way to do it. I told her put in one way on mine and one way on someone else who won't care and decide. So you could do that. If you are sending to at least 2 single guys you can test it out on theirs

They will never pay attention to that level of detail!

Mine's on the back flap. I also used a sticker with an "A+D" to close the invites.

I had large envelopes and I did mine on the front. I had a seal on hte back so I didnot want it to be to congested. I got a few comments about my return address labels as well lol

I ordered mine through VP and they automatically printed the return address on the back flap.

Technically, it shouldn't matter that much if two guests get envelopes with names on different spots, specially if they're in different social circles

I think back flap is most commonly accepted. I bought mine on wedding paper divas, and if you purchase the pre-print service for rsvp envelopes, it goes on the back flap. And you commonly don't put names on the return address.

I did my parent's last night as a trial run to send out today and I ended up doing it on the back. I don't mind it as much as I thought I would!

We cut a piece of paper the size of the envelope to try out a few designs first - we definitely liked it better on the back!

We ordered a custom rubber address stamp from Etsy, and stamped in embossing ink, sprinkled on embossing powder, and used the embossing gun to raise the font. It turned out incredible!

I handwrote all of my invites and put the return address on the back. I'm not sure if you are one for formailty, if you are, then it should definitely go on the back flap.
