What a game!  My stomach still hurts.

At one point FI was stomping around so much I was sure he wouldn't make it to the wedding!   I reminded him that our deposit is non-refundable. Wink

    It was an amazing game! At the very end I found myself covering my eyes for a few pitches because I was so nervous!

    I can't believe how incredible that game was!  Omg...  Somewhere in the 7th or 8th inning, an ulcer commercial came on and it was befitting lol

    Me too. I kept saying, "I can't watch, I can't watch." and then I would peak through my fingers. FI was cracking up. I'm a huge Tigers fan and he kind of is by proxy now. I kept jumping off the couch and clapping and coaching. I think watching me was more enteraining for him than the game itself.

    Go Tigers!! bring it Texas!!!

    Watching the game was awesome!  My FI was also laughing at me for how I would jump up and down, clap, and also coach.

    My stomach was in knots last night!  Awesome game!  Can't wait to watch Saturday's game!!  Go Tigers!!

    The game was amazing! Maybe I'm a terrible person, but it was kind of awesome to see all those sad Yankee fans, especially after listening to the biased commentary through the series.

    Agreed. I almost feel like it doesn't matter that WE beat the Yankees...I just like to see them beat. ;)

    I hear ya!  I fully suspect that the commentators were wearing Yankee shirts under their suits.  We finally turned off the sound on the TV and watched it while listening to the radio broadcast.  Gotta love Jim and Dan
