  Hey! I am planning on doing boarding pass invites too and I was just going to mail the passes in a rectangular envelope like the one here: http://www.paper-source.com/cgi-bin/paper/color/10-string-amp;-button-envelopes/2506.001/111.html
  
  If you just google "envelopes" and the size you want, you can probably find them cheaper in bulk.

  I used Memories of Today also and Thao was wonderful to work with.  Her boarding pass invitations are my favorite part of the wedding so far!
