Help! Beach Towels!

Hi, ladies,

Because ours is a destination wedding, we want to give our guests a favor they can use. We've Googled beach towels but can't seem to find them for under $7.99 each, and it just wouldn't be possible for us to spend $1500.00+ on favors. 

Does anyone have a more budget-friendly suggestion that would still get our guests a decent towel? Thanks so much for your help and Happy New Year!

    Maybe another beach usableitem? A visor or mini brella? Or if you buy the material at a local fabric store, you could make beach blankets!

    I am looking into beach towels for a BM gift. I haven't found cheaper than that. Where did you find them for $7.99?

    Actually I just saw on Target.com they have 2 towels for $13.99...so that would be $6.99 each. I don't think we will find them cheaper than that!

    Thanks ladies for the ideas! I think we saw them that cheap at linensholesale.com, but I'm not sure I trust any of these online towel vendors, so I may abandon the whole thing.

    What about buying sunscreen (in bulk of from dollar tree) and creating a label to put over it? I think that would be cute and personalized.

    Thanks lolson! We agree, but we just don't want to risk shipping all those liquids down and then having to apply labels onsite. Love the idea, though, and we thought of it too. I'm beginning to think we won't be able to give our poor guests anything because of the lack of time to assemble once we get down there from Chicago and the expense/risk of shipping.0

     I really appreciate everyone's thoughts though!

    What about beach bags?  I got some decent quality bags from here http://www.discountmugs.com/nc/tote-bags/1082/premium-tote-bag.htm. We put in mini sunscreens and some Florida related snacks.
