Ideas please!

I was originally going to put these yummy bite size brownies inside jars for favors (fairytale brownies = best brownies I've ever had if you are looking for brownies).

Bad news is that I talked to someone from the store and found out how much the brownies would be (lets just say YIKES). So I need something else to put inside jars that is a yummy treat! Any ideas? I don't want to do M&M's, but any other ideas would be great!

Thanks :)

to keep the cost down you can make your own brownies and put them in the jars, mabye some family & friends can help out.

I like the idea of making your own brownies. You could always do an assortmant of candy or trail mix.

I wanted to have little flower pots and flowers for my wedding favors but luckily all of the garden centers are down to big perenialls this time of year so I scratched that idea and found an even better one!!

I bought little white buckets from the dollar store in packs of three. They are all over the internet for varying prices. Here is one site: http://www.amazon.com/White-Pail-Wedding-Favors-1/dp/B003VKZ5VK

Then, when looking for little blooming flowers at the Home Depot garden center (and failing), I came upon a box of 60 daffodil bulbs for $17!  (they also have tullips and a few other kinds). Thats less than 30 cents a bulb and considering I paid about 30 cents a bucket, I have favors for around 60 cents a piece! I will attach a note with planting directions and a saying like "Think of us (or pray for us- whichever you prefer) when these come up in the spring!"

I don't know about you but I am stoked for this idea. Who doesn't love daffodils?

    Enjoy! and Happy Wedding!

Snetland....I was looking at something similar, but instead of planting bulbs, I found cute favor tags that are printed on seed paper.  I'll be honest, I think I prefer your idea.  No one doesn't love daffodils!
Martafitz...your favors could not have turned out any better looking!  Love them!
