Accountability - Monday

Getting back into the workout mindset slowly with my first Yoga class today. I decided slowly was best as I am still feeling rather rough.

  • Nice job :)  This weekend was a fail on the workout besides shoveling.  I didn't eat all that great either, but not horribly bad.  I'm getting back into the swing of things today!
  • we didn't go to the gym yesterday because we were both sore and tired from the day before. i must be getting old, i just can't drink like i used to! i had like 3 beers at a friends house and was completely sober by the time we got home (at 2am). i wasn't hungover at all, but i was just dead. i think staying up late + drinking really took a toll.

    today is back to work and then we'll go to the gym tonight. i need to do cardio.
    Happily married since 9/1/2012!

  • I went to bed last night with every intention of getting up early and working out.  Then FI jumped out of bed at 7am and woke me up (I forgot to set the alarm for 5:45 like I always do).  Needless to say, my workout consisted of getting ready for work at lightning speed.  Maybe when I get home tonight I'll get a workout in, between making dinner and watching all the drama on the Bachelor.

  • I have yet to get going on the workout front, but I am down 5lbs since the 1st from dieting.  I need motivation to work out, it's getting a little sad.  Maybe posting in the accountability threads will inspire me!

  • I havent gone back to kickboxing since last monday:(  I popped a rib out of place and I am still sore and scared to go back.  maybe wednesday.... we will see..

    I have still managed to lose 2.5 lbs since then...  Making an effort to be extra good eating.... although i did go out to lunch yesterday and had my menu tasting saturday night.  I still managed to not gain, so Im happy with that.

  • I'm up 2 pounds and I have an idea that "my lady" as FI calls it is going to come early again.  I had to sign up for ASL 2 class this morning before work, so my workout will have to be after work.
