August 2012 Weddings

finally a PIP of my save the dates

Finally ! I couldn't get a great photo but here is what I used
The stock is a Crane Shimmer stock (it was so nice that our printer upgraded the stock for free for us, from a plain white stock)
The envelopes are gold leaf from Cards and pockets
and the stamp is from zazzle!

  • Pretty!  Can I ask where you got the design?  And how much it was?

I sent mind out two days ago, and it feels so good!

I used For Your Invitation on Etsy. But I tweaked her design a lot, I sent her a sketch of what I wanted, changed the wording, and the type faces- except for the Font that says "Save the Date " and "I DO". I was looking for something with this LOok all over. But the overall original design is pretty similar to another she has up there.

It only cost me $15 for the file, and she did the accommodation card for free- which was awesome!
I thought that was a spectular price.

All in all, that was the cheapest part.
the printing was around $270 adn the envelopes were another $20. Then I spent extra money on the postage. I bought them from zazzle, I ordered them at different times so I could use coupon codes, so the postage on average came to about 0.51 cents pp.
