Oh, and to answer your question (sorry, got distracted by the excitement of you finally returning): All is well with me. It just finished storming here and is now somewhat cool, of all things! Nothing of excitement to report, really. And in terms of the E - P, you haven't missed a lot, either.
I see the issues here. It took me many times to get back to my own thread.
France is cool. Learning a bit of French and figureing out my way around town. It is cold here. Thank Heavens. I saw Perth was 91 the other day. I would be miserable.
Living with H is strange, as is the whole having dinner on the table bit ;-)
Do you have Facebook? I posted pictures of the Christmas Markets in Monte Carlo.

I trust that you're enjoying living with him, despite the oddities of actually having him there in person?
What is your apartment like?
Oh indeed! Someone was actually telling me it was 40 (101 F, I think) in Perth last weekend... made me reconsider wanting to live there! I hear it's a drier heat, though. We've got a max of 30 predicted (86F) for Christmas day, which isn't too bad all things considered, despite the humidity.
Are you having an easy enough time getting around there? I imagine that you have been using the trusty 'parlez vous francais?' frequently during your travels?
request sent! Pics of the apartment are up there too. Getting around is farily easy. I walk most places and H has the use of the yachts car, so we can use that for bigger shopping trips.
We are looking forward to our first ever Christmas together. He usually is on a Christmas/New Years Cruise.
We did skip a tree though and got a very nice, large Poinsettia. Hey, it's a Christmas tree in Haiti! Our hommage to the islands.
Do you guys have any big plans?

Sorry, got distracted by your beautiful pictures, and then my mother called and I got stuck on the phone.
Our christmas plans involve a little bit of driving back and forth, but basically we have a christmas eve party to attend on Thursday, and then will come home, wake up on Christmas day and exchange presents for each of us and the kitties, before heading back down to the coast to see my parents for breakfast/lunch and NIck's mother for dinner. On boxing day, we'll drop in at some friend's homes before heading home. Should be fun.
What have you two got planned for your lovely white christmas?
I am on holiday from work as of tomorrow night, for 2 weeks. Been on holiday from uni since November 12th, unsure if I will be going back next year at this stage, depends on how a couple of things pan out.
Well I have had a big weekend. Grandad is home, so thats good. The rest of the weekend was pretty messy with family stuff. Famliy sucks sometimes.
Work full time and get some money together. Then probably travel and do my OE a bit sooner then planned. Or buy a house. I'm not sure just yet, its a very recent development so I'm still going over my options.

What differentiates an average host and a great host is anticipating unexpressed needs and wants of their guests. Just because the want/need is not expressed, doesn't mean it wouldn't be appreciated.
We just started seeing the big boats down here. Rising Sun (Ellison's 453 foot 'boat') is here right now. So are some of the other ones like Polar Star (at 208 feet it looks like a dingy next to Rising Sun).
I love this time year seeing all the yachts. I can't even afford the fenders on some of them.

I'll do just that in August of next year. I'm taking Manda to the Eiffel Tower for Croissants. It's a long story! Will you still be in France? Will you be anywhere near Paris?
Re: **TheSun / Amoro**

Amoro was here and seems to have neglected/missed this thread.
How are you, miss Bubble?

I'm sorry that your weekend wasn't all good, but glad that your grandad is doing better.
What will you do if you don't go back to uni?
Sorry!
Ahh, right. What type of travel plans do you have?
Gosh this movie is scary. A little confusing, but highly scary!

Hi BubbleJ!
Happy Holidays !!1
Note the helicopter with it's own canvas and the 28 ftish sailboat, rigged, just hanging out on the side there
We had H stand there just to give some size perspective. H is 5'10"

That first boat is just the "toy Tender" to the owners "real" boat ::side eye::
I sm loving France, but miss the islands.
Have a great Christmas!
Get on a plane and come over.
We do plan on getting up to Paris at some point.
