white sangria = white wine with white grape and white peach juice (sometimes a little pineapple or orange juice); fruits that go in this are citrus like oranges and pineapple but you can also put in apples, peaches, pears, etc.

red sangria = white or rose wine with grape juice, cranberry juice, etc; fruits that go in this are apples, strawberries, raspberries, blueberries, etc.

    hope this helps!

My favorite sangria is:  Red wine (cheap, jug wine is fine!) add apple juice, some Sprite/7 up (reg or diet - not too much, just enough to add a fizz) then add fruit - orange slices, diced apple, diced ripe cantaloupe is also nice.  I was advised by a bartender to not add lemon as it is too tart.  Sorry that there are no exact measurements, I just mix and taste til I like it!
