  Hello.  I'm actually getting married at Shawnee this June.  My family has been going their for over a decade.  My parents own time share there and it's not far from where I grew up so we would always do a lot of day trips out there.  The coordinator at Shawnee, Simone, is great to work with.  Very attentive and friendly.  Shawnee is completely full service.  We are having our ceremony and reception there.  They do the catering and the cake (through Merry's bakery?) is included in the cost of a Shawnee wedding.  It's a beautiful Inn and has the space to accommodate nearly any size wedding.  They have a spa and salon on property, pools and a golf course.  If you've never been, it's worth checking out and speaking with Simone.  I know they are having their annual bridal expo their on March 18th of this year.  I went last year and it was a lot of fun.
