Help me shop please

Since I know you all love to shop... BF and I have a few weddings to attend this year (one he's in the wedding party so we have the reheaseal dinner for that one too). I need new dresses that are cute and summery but weddign appropriate as well.

Just for reference I'm a little thing... 5'5" about 125 and I have practically no boobs so keep that in mind. I usually go with halters or strapless but I'm open to other styles. I prefer knee length or just above the knee.

I wore this dress (the floral one) to two weddings last year...

I also wore a black strapless satin dress to BF's Brothers wedding and a black and gray polka dot satin spaghetti strap dress to another wedding.

HELP! Pictures appreciated! Also, budget is important, if I love a dress and think I will wear it more than once or twice I will pay 60 or more otherwise keep it at or under that please.

It doesn't help with styles or anything, but my favorite place to get dresses lately is Ross. I've found a bunch of cute dresses in the junior's section, and they're usually $20-$25.

I would stop by Ross, TJMax or Marshalls first. Lots of great dresses for a steal!

What is your coloring? Skin tone? Hair? Eyes?

Olive skin tone, tans very easily so I will definitely have a tan going. Medium brown hair with golden highlights... get lighter in the sun so more like light brown with dark blonde higlights in summer. Brown eyes.

Good finds Mutley... I REALLY like that yellow one, not available in my size though. Didn't think about Nordstrom because they are pricey but sales make it affordable! I will have to stop by the mall this weekend I think...

I know, it's hard to find affordable dresses. I don't mind spending a decent amount on things I wear a lot, but its hard to justify it for something I'll only wear once or twice, maybe three times.

What months are the weddings in? Any clue as to time of day?

With your coloring, the purple one would look fabulous. Plus the ruffles will give you a bit of busty-ness, or at least the illusion. I would pair it with gold accessories for a fancier wedding or tone it down with brown or white accessories for a more casual affair. You could even wear it to work with a cute pair of flats.

THIS is cute, but maybe it's too casual. I like the yellow and think it's more adult/dressy than the other colors.

THIS might be cute if you're small.

THIS one is $90, but I like it.

I like THIS one too, but it's almost $100.

I think the first four are definitely dresses you could wear again, even if it's just out for a nice dinner.

I think the yellow would only work for summer weddings. The purple would work throughout the seasons.

You could also go with a deep green color.

One is July 10th, one is end of August and the last is September I believe.

I love the color of the purple one, but the cut of the yellow one seemed to appeal to me more for whatever reason? Maybe they will have the purple on in the store when I go this weekend so I can try it on.

As for wearing the dresses to work, I love dresses and I wear a lot of summery dresses in the summer but not to work. I work in an office but its at a machine shop. There are close to 200 employees and only 6 or 7 females... and machinist aren't the most proper of gentlemen unfortunately... no need to encourage them.

I LOVE both of those strapless ones Mutley, and I know that I can buy my size there and it won't even need altered! I didn't look online there because their stuff is mainly white or shades of or black... but prints are perfect! WHBM is on the list of places to go for sure.

Ha, yes I see what you mean. I never think about that because everything is too short on me. I can't buy dresses or pants online.

I like the print of the 1st strapless one the best. I think it is timeless. And I love me a timeless dress.
Plus you can change it each season by adding a colorful cardigan or wrap.
