Embroidery/Monogramming

Fellow Knotties, I need some major help!  My poor fiance bought coolers through the Knot and didnt specify "monogram" so all of the coolers look like he switched teh middle and last initial.  Cry

The Knot wont accept them back to change, so I am hoping someone might have a suggestion of somewhere in St. Louis that would be able to do this.  It's on an outside pocket that is kind of hard to get to the back of.  We are at a loss and after spending so much money on 8 of them we need a reasonable fix.  Any suggestions?

    I don't know for a fact that it can't be fixed, but a lot of times when people monogram certain types of fabric (like laminated canvas), it'll damage the fabric to take it out (long story about trying to take a monogram out of a thrifted Longchamp bag).  I'd take it to an "Embroid-Me" store and ask.
