Good android app?

I'd love to have a decent app that I can use to track my lifting.  Does anyone have one to recommend?  I'd prefer it be really simple so I can just input what I did without having to get calorie recommendations or workout plans or anything else.

Re: Good android app?

  • I know myfitnesspal has an app, and I am able to input my weight lifting stuff into it...maybe check that out?

  • Sparkpeople.com has an app. You can track your eating, workouts, and lifting in one place. It is helpful to have it all in one place and free.
  • Neither of those are really what I'm looking for, but thanks.  I have the sparkpeople app, and it doesn't include my strength plan that I have on the website, which annoys me.  I'm trying out jefit which is a bodybuilding app that allows me to create my own routine and track the weight, sets, and reps that I do.  So far, I really like it.
