Need Columbia area reception site

Help!  I need a reception site in the Columbia/Ellicott City/Savage/Elkridge area that can hold at least 200 people and won't break the bank.  I'd be fine with a big, open hall that we can decorate and have catered, but I'm striking out.  Any ideas?

    Hi-
We looked at quite a few in that area-DId you look at the Great Room in Savage Mill-the same company also owns a bunch over there.
My friend got married at the Sheraton in Columbia and it was really pretty.  Also, what about Turf Valley in Ellicot City?

Also check out the Howard County Conservancy. It's not actually in Columbia, more Ellicott City, but it is SOOOO pretty!  I would have liked to have had our reception there, but it was just a touch to far from the church.

Here are a few (I grew up in the area):
    Great Room at Savage Mill
    Ten Oaks Ball Room
    Turf Valley
    Sheraton at Columbia Town Center
    Rolling Road Country Club
Elkridge Furnace Inn (although I'm not sure if they can hold 200 guests)
    Kahler Hall
    Meeting Place in River Hill

That's all I can think of right now...

We are getting married at the Great Room at Savage Mill in Savage this September.  It would defintiely hold your 200 people and it's affordable.  It's catered by Putting on the Ritz, which has tons of different menu options to fit your budget.  The room is huge, but really simply decorated with tall ceilings, huge windows, and skylights.  I love it!  We've been working with Angie Wise there who has been awesome.  If you have any questions, let me know.  Good luck!
