Billings question

So my billings teacher suggested I buy The Billings Method book and I've already read TCOYF ... Please tell me is it truly necessary for me to buy this book right away?

Re: Billings question

  • I use Billings and I don't think I even knew there was a book...

I suppose it would be really useful because I'm sure it explains how to interpret certain signs, you know?  Like, currently I'm having a cycle where I'm not sure if I've ovulated and I'll bet the book would talk a little about that in more of the "Billings terms."

Teaforme is a Billings instructor, so hopefully she will chime in!

  • Well, the billings book is really very good and I would recommend it, too.. Plus TCOYF uses sympto thermal which is a different method and you don't want to be mixing methods. If you have read TCOYF, you have the general idea of how your cycle works, but maybe not the Billings method specifically. That being said, i never read the actual book until my Billings teacher training. i do think it helped me better understand the method but it wasn't part of our initial learning of the method. The booklet you should have received at your class should give all the necessary info.
