Last week I posted about how much is too much for a wedding cake. Thanks for your feedback. I've interviewed 3 bakers (I could interview more, but I simply don't have the time and I don't want to overwhelm myself). Last night I was interviewing my 3rd baker and I've decided to go with her. I plan on sending in my deposits this weekend to all my vendors (photography, baker, and florist). That will make me feel so much better about the wedding plans before I go back to work on Monday.
