Morning ladies! It's Friday!!!
Kempo went well, but we ended up having pasta night (the Garden Delight one - I love that stuff) because my stomach had been upset. On a good note, at l east the weekend weight from last weekend's adventure is finally all gone.
Tonight will be salmon to make up for yesterday, and today is a rest day. Tomorrow starts day one of the phase two recovery week. The goal for the weekend is healthy eating - I really need to teach myself that just because it's a weekend doesn't mean I need lots of food splurges to enjoy it.
How are you all doing today? Anything fun on tap for the weekend?
(Also, does anyone have any fun/healthy recipes for shredded cabbage? I bought some at the grocery for fish tacos and we didn't end up using it, and now I need to use it today before it expires. Thanks!)
